Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service explain the use of the Glow Pros Holiday Lighting website and the general conditions for our holiday and permanent lighting services. “Glow Pros,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glow Pros Holiday Lighting.
Service provisions apply when these terms are provided or linked in an estimate or service agreement that you accept. Requesting information or an estimate does not obligate you to purchase services. If your accepted written agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement controls for your project, subject to applicable law.
Estimates and project changes
Your written estimate identifies the proposed design, products, services, and price. Only the work described in your accepted estimate or subsequent approved changes is included. Estimate expiration dates, if any, will be stated in the estimate.
Additional lighting, changes to an approved design, extra visits, or work required by previously unknown site conditions may affect the price or schedule. We will explain any proposed additional charges and obtain your approval before performing the additional work. Photographs and digital mockups illustrate a design; actual appearance may vary with the property, materials, viewing angle, and lighting conditions.
Deposits and payment
Any required deposit, payment schedule, applicable taxes, and payment methods will be disclosed in your estimate or service agreement.
A booking is confirmed when we accept the project and the stated booking requirements are met. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Any late fee or other payment-related charge must be disclosed before you accept the agreement and permitted by law.
Scheduling and weather
Installation, maintenance, and removal schedules depend on weather, safe access, material availability, and site conditions. Snow, ice, wind, rain, or other unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will communicate material scheduling changes and coordinate a revised service date. Please tell us before booking if your display is needed for a specific event or deadline.
Property access and customer responsibilities
You must own the property or have authority to approve the work and arrange any necessary landlord or homeowners association consent. Provide safe access to the work areas and suitable electrical power, keep pets secured, and move vehicles or belongings that prevent access.
Before work begins, tell us about known electrical problems, fragile or damaged surfaces, loose gutters or trim, leaks, and other conditions that could affect installation. Responsibility for permits or electrical upgrades, if needed, will be addressed in your written agreement. We may pause work if conditions are unsafe.
Holiday lighting and equipment ownership
Your estimate or service agreement will identify whether the holiday lighting package includes installation, seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage, and whether the lights and decorations are sold, leased, or supplied by you. Payment for installation does not by itself establish ownership of the equipment.
Equipment identified in your agreement as leased or owned by Glow Pros remains our property. Please do not remove, relocate, modify, or allow others to alter that equipment without coordinating with us. Removal and storage arrangements follow your agreement. A future holiday season requires a new booking unless you expressly accept a separate renewal arrangement.
Permanent lighting
Your written agreement identifies the permanent lighting system, installation areas, mounting method, controls, and included support. Installation may require fasteners or other attachments appropriate to the agreed system and mounting surfaces.
App features and remote control may depend on compatible devices, software, and network connectivity. Third-party outages or changes may affect those features. Any included setup assistance or ongoing support will be described in your agreement.
Maintenance and warranties
Report lighting problems promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange service. Included maintenance, warranty periods, coverage, and exclusions will be provided in writing for your selected package. These terms do not reduce any applicable advertised warranty, written warranty, or rights provided by law.
Storm damage, animals, vandalism, electrical supply problems, or alterations by others may require service outside the included coverage, depending on the cause and applicable warranty. We will explain any proposed charge and obtain approval before performing billable repairs. Customer-supplied products remain subject to their applicable manufacturer warranties; any warranty on our installation labor is addressed separately.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Outside any applicable legal cancellation period, cancellation charges or retained deposits may apply only as disclosed in your accepted agreement and permitted by law. We will explain any amount retained and refund amounts owed.
If we cannot provide the agreed services and a replacement date or alternative cannot be agreed upon, we will refund payments attributable to services or products not provided, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a statutory cancellation or refund right. Any legally required cancellation notice or form will be provided separately; this page does not replace it.
Property condition and responsibility
We will use reasonable care when performing our work. Existing deterioration or defects may affect how surfaces support lights or mounting hardware. Please report any concern about our work or possible damage promptly so we can investigate.
We are not responsible for preexisting damage or damage caused solely by events outside our control. This does not exclude responsibility for damage we cause or worsen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your nonwaivable consumer rights.
Website use and content
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the website. Website descriptions and general pricing are informational; your accepted estimate establishes the details of your project.
Our branding, text, designs, and photographs are owned by Glow Pros or used with permission. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce or use them commercially without authorization. We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Third-party websites and tools are subject to their own terms and policies.
Communications and privacy
We may contact you about an inquiry or booked service using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law and any required consent. Marketing messages require any consent required by law; accepting these terms alone is not consent to receive automated marketing calls or texts. You may ask us to stop marketing communications or follow the opt-out instructions in a message.

Governing law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by Michigan law and applicable federal law, without displacing any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or pursuing available remedies.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page and will display the revised date. Updates apply prospectively and do not change an already accepted service agreement without the consent required by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
